What the Client Wanted
Donrose engaged our team to design and deliver a functional office fitout within the new Donrose office building. The brief from the client was to create a well-zoned workspace that supported the practical needs of a building and construction business, including separate areas for administration, collaboration and document handling.
The client required an office environment that accommodated both permanent staff and casual or visiting team members, with clear separation between work zones, meeting areas and breakout spaces.
What We Did
Listening to the client brief – we managed the whole project. Including the joinery, design and fitout delivery. Particular attention was given to zoning the office to suit different working styles of their team, for example, the desk spaces for builders and architects needed to include space for computers, plans, file storage and printers – whereas the admin team only needed space for computers.
