Mr Supplement Dural engaged Deadline Commercial to deliver a retail shop fitout for the new Dural location. As a returning client, we already knew and understood the brand and how the team like to work. The brief was to create a functional retail and display space that made effective use of the available floor area, while supporting daily customer interaction and product presentation within a 60sqm shop footprint.
We began the project by measuring the existing space in detail, allowing us to design a layout that maximised both retail display and customer flow. Our team managed the design process prior to construction, then all the trades, the build, and quality checks – delivering the fitout in line with the agreed scope (on time and to budget). Retail spaces come with strict quality controls from the shopping centres – which we’re familiar with and able to help guide the management team to ensure they pass their opening checks first time.
We delivered a clean, functional retail environment tailored to the brand’s needs and spatial constraints.
The project was completed efficiently, with two weeks allocated to the design phase, and a further four weeks for delivery, allowing the client to move forward with their retail operations without unnecessary delays. Most shopping centres only give a 4 week building phase – and our team is well versed in how to run and deliver retail projects on time and to budget.
