What the Client Wanted
TSG Forestville engaged our team to deliver a full internal retail fitout within Forestville Shopping Centre. The project involved transforming an empty shell tenancy in a new shopping centre into a fully operational convenience retail store. We had to make sure the project met strict centre requirements for the shopping centre, and brand guidelines for the client.
With convenience stores operating under tight budgets and timeframes, the client required a streamlined process that balanced quality, brand consistency and speed without compromising on finish or compliance.
What We Did
We worked directly with the client to develop the store design, understanding their operational needs, budget constraints and brand requirements. Once the design direction was agreed, we coordinated with the architect to produce the required architectural drawings, which were then submitted for shopping centre approval.
For a quick 4 week timeline, we quickly engaged trades to complete the base build works, after which we delivered the final stage of the fitout, installing all custom joinery and feature elements to complete the space.

- Shopfront installation, including timber shopfront elements
- Mesh bulkhead installation
- Custom joinery installation
- Red pre-finished timber panels with integrated LED lighting, purchased, edged and installed by our team
- Black joinery elements finished to suit brand guidelines
- Branded lighting coordination, including yellow and LED lighting features

The Results
