What the Client Wanted
The client engaged the Deadline Commercial team to deliver a full fitout for a cosmetic clinic within an existing empty shell. The brief was to transform an open, unlevel space into a fully functioning clinical environment – adding clearly defined zones for patients to receive treatments, and a welcoming reception area with waiting space.
The client was closely involved in the creative direction, we help by absorbing their ideas and coming back to them with initial drawings. The final result is a result of our close collaboration.
What We Did
We visited the empty shell for the initial meeting with the client – so we could understand their ideas – then we came back to them with the design to review. We went back and forth with 3D renders and drawings to help the client visualise their ideas within the space (and how this would actually work for them as a business). The final architectural drawings were completed by the project architect, with our guidance, and all works coordinated to align with the approved plans.
Trades were brought in first to prepare the base building works, including lighting and plumbing. As the existing premises were uneven, we actually needed to allow time for additional preparation of the space – finishing all floors and surfaces first.
The Results
The completed cosmetic clinic was delivered within an eight-week timeframe, the result was a well-organised and inviting clinical space. The collaborative approach between client and team ensured the final outcome reflected the original ideas while the final clean aesthetic – we made sure was suitable for a health and treatment environment.
